Our story began in 2011 with the cooperation of power engineering specialists who offered high-quality electrical installation services. The abbreviation STEM stood for “modern electrical installation technologies”.

Since 2017, the company has grown into the STEM Capital brand and has moved to the implementation of innovative projects in the field of renewable energy. The surge in demand for the construction of solar power plants has become a significant factor in our development in the direction of clean energy technologies. Since 2017, STEM Capital designed over 103 MW and participated in the construction of about 19 MW of solar power plants.

The development of solar and wind electricity generation has led to new challenges for the industry – disruption of the system balance. There has been a need to accumulate electricity generated from renewable sources. Since 2021, STEM Capital has begun implementing projects in a new direction – electricity storage. The construction of industrial solar power plants with electricity storage systems is currently one of the priority areas of our work.

The integration of the Ukrainian energy system into the European one has contributed to increased requirements for the quality and reliability of electricity supply, and accordingly, the need for the development of energy storage systems has increased.

The destruction of Ukraine’s energy system due to military aggression is a new challenge for the gas industry. Since 2024, another direction of development for STEM Capital has been the implementation of projects of maneuverable generation, in particular gas.

We perceive each challenge a new opportunity and continue to develop in the direction of innovations in the energy sector. The STEM Capital team is specialists united by common values. For us, meaning prevails over form, so we are always open to innovation and development. We value everyone and create conditions for safe work and professional growth.

We provide top-notch services to our clients. From risk assessment and feasibility studies to land plot zoning and construction, STEM team is dedicated to achieve maximum result in a timely manner. We employ 25 full-staff members, including engineers, designers, land zoning and installation departments. We provide a “one-window” service for our investors, which means they don’t have to worry about local issues. All this is done by the STEM Capital team.

STEM Capital cooperates with top engineering and technical schools in our region. We provide scholarships and endowement grants to prostective students, who wish to choose electrial engineering, service and maintaninance as their future career. We participate in the US business training program, SABIT, where our specialists lear new techniques and tendencies in energy industry. We see the future of the Ukrainian energy industry in reducing regulatory pressure and attracting foreign investment. We are working hard to bring positive changes to our region and our customers.
